I have over 15 years experience, specializing in serving residential neighborhoods.

From Hawaii to Oregon, and now the beautiful Lake Murray area. My wife Jennifer does our scheduling and can give you a quick price quote by phone or email. Our son Josh works on site with me as he enjoys the tall challenging homes especially during Christmas light season.

Does rain water affect clean windows?

Rainwater is free of minerals that would spot your windows. Your garden hose or sprinkler system from city water has so many ppm of minerals and depending on the city can leave spots.

After it rains, and your windows are dry your windows will still be clean.

If you live in a high dust blowing dirt area like near a new construction area or where it doesn't rain very much then the accumulated dirt/dust on your siding will be washed over your clean windows.

Do i need to be home the day the work is done?

Most of our services are outside your home, and we know most customers have busy schedules, so we are used to doing our services when our customers aren't home.

Also, if we are cleaning your windows inside, and you may need to leave for a while we could switch to the outside while you're out.

If you're not home the entire time, we ask to make sure gates are unlocked, dogs are secured to not run away. Most homeowners' dogs are very nice but may get scared when the homeowner isn't home.

Some of our services such as Christmas light installation customers will many times just leave their Christmas lights by their front door for us to install.

If we are scheduled for pressure washing, and you're not home we ask for vehicles to be moved.

Will your services damage outdoor plants?

For any of our services we are very careful around landscaping, especially flower beds or newly planted bushes or trees.

How many crew members or employees will be working on the property?

We are a smaller service company, usually as an owner operator just myself or during our busier seasons our son Josh will work with me.

Our busy time of year is the spring for window cleaning, and pressure washing.

Our other busy time is hanging Christmas lights that starts in early November to mid-December.

How is a quote done?

Most quotes can be done by looking up your address online, or in person.

If your home is very new or doesn't have a google maps street view, then you can also send us a couple of photos of your home from the outside.

As an example, would be if you need your driveway pressure washed then send a photo of the areas that need to be cleaned.

Also, for window cleaning just send a photo of each side of your home.

During our busier times of the year, or if you live farther away this will help a lot for me to get back to you with a quote quicker.

Many times, our customers have multiple services they need that we provide, and it may be easier for an in person onsite quote as well.

Of course, all quotes are free, and I'm happy to come out for an in-person quote.

Does my quote stay the same as the final price?

Yes quotes always stay the same, even if the service takes longer than expected.

As a consumer myself, and on a family budget, any time of mystery price we avoid.

If for some reason when we come out the services appear different than we thought we may adjust our rates, and only before we start working.

This is very rare though, but an example from the past would be the customers home on google maps was a different house, or a large remodel with many extra windows were added, and the google street view was an older version.

Also, during Christmas light season customers might add lights, like over bushes or trees.
